My Top 2000 Songs #1175: Debris

Here's another one in the grand tradition of me mostly just liking the Faces songs that Rod Stewart didn't sing. It's another gorgeous tune from the late great Ronnie Lane, some gentle Americana-fused pub rock that makes you just wanna kick back and shoot the shit with Ronnie in the back of a bar somewhere. The track (off 1971's  A Nod's As Good As A Wink...) also served as the b-side to the rare exception to my no-Rod rule, "Stay With Me," making it one of the all-time great 45's.
