Big Star: Radio City (1974)

I was traveling today, didn't have chance to think too hard about picking an album or writing it up.  So it's another day for some comfort food -- if I want to listen to music, but I'm too indecisive to figure out what I'm in the mood to hear (and too lazy to leaf through my collection), what do I reach for?  Radio City is often the answer.  Is there ever a time I don't feel like hearing Radio City?  No, there is not.

I'm perhaps just marginally more partial to #1 Record, but it's pretty damn close.  "September Gurls." "Way Out West." "You Get What You Deserve." "Back Of A Car."  So many defining moments in the history of chiming power pop.  Here you go.  Hopefully more time tomorrow.
