2000 Great Songs #1453: Losin' Yo Head

Monsters Of Folk were a one-off (so far?) "supergroup" comprised of Jim James of My Morning Jacket, Conor Oberst & Mike Mogis from Bright Eyes, and perennial indie rock artist/collaborator M. Ward. Their 2009 eponymous album was... pretty good, I guess? Have to admit I haven't played it many times.

But for some reason I've really liked James' "Losin' Yo Head" from the first listen, the one song I keep returning to. It sounds like a poppier My Morning Jacket track, maybe nothing groundbreaking but winningly catchy.
